We were asked by Tonic Food to provide a luxury drinks reception to at the famous Abbey Road Studios for 70 VIP guests.

So to help loosen the guest’s vocal cords and ease the nerves before their very own recoding session in the legendary Beatles Studio we served up three luxurious drinks, perfect for such a world famous setting.

White Negroni
London dry gin, Contrato bianco vermouth and Americano Rosso stirred over ice to perfect dilution and served on the rocks with a grapefruit twist

D’Asti Punch
A winter blend of 5yr old Moscato grappa, and London dry gin, camomile liqueur,  Moscato D’Asti wine and a touch of citrus, seasoned with
Contrato Americano and lavender rose bitters, served over botanical infused ice cubs

Winter Sling
Ferdinand’s Riesling gin, pressed Italian citrus fruits, Amaro Montenegro and Swedish Punch , served over ice and charged with soda, seasoned with lemon thyme

Our partner Tonic food served up a fantastic range of bowl food and canapés to suit the occasion, and mini-deserts we’re served from a musical note board attached to the wall.
